ARQ segment

The ARQ segment defines a request for the booking of an appointment. It is used in transactions sent from an application acting in the role of a placer.

Count the pipes to find a field, and count the empty ones too: an empty field still holds its place. Leave out the separator before ARQ-2 and its value arrives as ARQ-1, so the receiver stores Filler Appointment ID as Placer Appointment ID.
