MFA segment

The Technical Steward for the MFA segment is CQ. Count the pipes to find a field, and count the empty ones too: an empty field still holds its place. Leave out the separator before MFA-2 and its value arrives as MFA-1, so the receiver stores MFN Control ID as Record-Level Event Code.
