PRC segment

The Technical Steward for the PRC segment is PA. The PRC segment contains the pricing information for the preceding CDM segment’s chargeable item. It contains the fields which, for the same chargeable item, might vary depending upon facility or department or patient type. Count the pipes to find a field, and count the empty ones too: an empty field still holds its place. Leave out the separator before PRC-2 and its value arrives as PRC-1, so the receiver stores Facility ID - PRC as Primary Key Value - PRC.
