This chapter covers problems, goals and care plans. It defines the messages for a patient's care over time, not for one encounter.
This chapter covers care over time, not one encounter. It covers a patient's problems, the goals set for them and the care plan to reach those goals. It also covers the progress made against the plan. The main message type is PPR. The PRB segment carries a problem and the GOL segment carries a goal.
