How to Submit Your App

You’re almost done. Here’s how to submit your app for review.

Record a demo video of your app (maximum 5 minutes). Use any screen recording tool, ideally with your face visible. Walk through the features, explain the problem you’re solving, show how the app works, and, if you can, give a quick look at the code.

Towards the end of the video, we’d also love for you to spend a minute sharing your experience with the challenge. Tell us what you enjoyed, what you learned, what surprised you, or how the experience of building on FHIR felt. We’d love to hear your thoughts.

We’ll share a Google Form before the submission deadline. Use the form to submit:

  • A link to your Git repository
  • A live URL where the app is deployed
  • A link to your demo video
  • A short description of your project

We’d also love for you to post your demo video in the Slack channel so everyone in the community can see what you’ve built, ask questions, and learn from each other’s work.

If you don’t have all the links ready, a video with your voice explaining what your app does is the minimum. But the more you include, the more thoroughly we can review your submission.

Good luck with the submission, and we look forward to seeing what you’ve built.
