Build your application to display dashboards that use the EHR ID: 6adc37f8-fff8-4fe4-a988-327b9fe6d5ac

1. Your dashboard is supposed to display vital signs of a specific patient.

2. Populate new vital sign entries for the patient using your vital signs template and form

3. Your dashboard should have 2 modes:

   • Display charts and tables for the patients to only show vital sign entries that came from your own template
   • Display charts and tables for the patients to only show all vital signs
