    Using the scenario of an initial patient assessment, let's take a deep dive into clinical modelling and archetype selection. In this lesson, we will cover capturing patient story in free-text, with some structure.

    Continuing the scenario of an initial patient assessment, let's model family history, smoking and alcohol consumption patterns.

  5. Clinical Scenario: Vitals, Sections

    Continuing the scenario of an initial patient assessment, we'll learn to model vital signs, and add sections to visually organize the template.
